  The food was awesome! We ordered dolma, mix grill, and baklava with ice cream, and it was really delicious. We enjoyed it so much; after living in the UK for three years, this is only the second restaurant that has truly surprised us

  Walked by and decided to stop for dinner and I'm happy we did. The service we had here was so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the baklava!

  Great service, didn’t take pictures of the starter and main! Turkish tea - no milk just pure tea, was ok Kimir cold starter - tasted like couscous salad, was ok Beykoz kababi special - lots of lamb on grilled aubergine, amazing texture but would like more spices, mildly seasoned Baklava with ice cream - was ok, baklava were not too sweet but also fall apart easily, would like pistachio nuts

  Everything we ate here was just tasteless. We got the impression that the food was cooked the night before and just reheated. But the price is like in a first-class restaurant. I absolutely do not recommend it.

  Fantastic experience trying some superb authentic Turkish cuisine. This place is a must if you visit York. I felt our experience was a definite 5 stars. We were given a lovely welcome , the gentleman who served us was so helpful and friendly. He helped me choose wisely from the menu to accomodate my allergies. The lamb main course was so flavoursome and cooked to perfection 👍👍.We also loved the creamy rice dessert and the apple tea 🤩
