Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was incredible, beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Every dish we ordered exceeded expectations. What truly made the evening special, though, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Thank you to Muhammf Hashim! They all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offered great recommendations, and made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Excellent choice for Ramadhan with a beautiful prayer space, complimentary zamzam, fruit and karak chai.

Been to Alam’s twice & the first time was a wow so went second time yesterday & OMG sadly it was a disaster. We ordered mix grill platter for 3 & originally it should have been for 2 people serving. The seekh kebabs were very dry & looked like ready cooked kebabs. The chops were spongy, chicken tikka had no flavour at all & was hard to chew. Wings were tiny & over marinated. When ordered the mix grill as eat in, we also ordered lamb karahi with 2 roghni naan’s as a takeaway as i was very confident on the quality of food during my first visit at Alam’s. But sadly it was a huge disappointment. I got burnt naans & the karahi was full of oil with no taste, not even salt (below are the pictures). I am shocked that the chef wrapped the extremely burnt naans, should have his/her eyesight checked. Overall this visit was nothing but disappointment. The quality of food has dropped tremendously as there is no consistency. Overly priced as we payed £61 & got really tasteless & disappointed food. With a heavy heart sadly no more visits to Alam’s restaurant anymore!!!

My friend and I visited this restaurant and were warmly greeted by a staff member who showed us to our seat and handed us a menu. We were already off to a good start. We had to wait a bit longer than usual for someone to take our order but the food was top tier and reasonably priced. We ordered a chicken biryani, chicken chow mein and keema nachos. Each dish was beautifully presented and served in generous portions. 🤤 The back garden was a sight to behold, along with the interior decor. This venue is highly recommended. It’s perfectly equipped for any occasion, from family dinners and friends’ nights out to romantic garden settings.

We came here on a whim after passing by and noticing the grand glass door entrance. The restaurant sets itself apart with its unique interiors and its luxury vibes. We were looking for spicy curry to eat for lunch and we ordered Lamb Handi with naans, salad, desi teas and the San Sebastián cheesecake. It was more than enough to share between 3 people. Everything was phenomenal and tasted amazing. We would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. Although they don’t have an online booking system, I was able to make a reservation over the phone. I highly recommend booking ahead if you prefer to sit outside, as that area is a highlight of the restaurant. But if you’re not picky you could just walk in. The courtyard seating is beautiful and well heated, perfect for colder weather. The food was tasty with good portion sizes, though the Pina Coladas weren’t our favourite. The staff were helpful in guiding us through the menu. Would recommend!
