  Best burgers, huge portions, cool decorations, but quite difficult to find the bathrooms. Buffalo blue burger really nice juicy chicken, tiger fries delicious as always, service a little slow however it was a busy night so understandable

  We visited HANBAO, and we did a pre order form beforehand. We were quickly shown and taken to our table. Throughout the service though, several of the staff team asked us to reiterate what we ordered and wanted clarification. Although thorough and very important to them to ensure there were no allergies, it was just a bit repetitive. The pre-order form was quite clear. Once our final guest arrived, we waited 37 minutes before any food arrived, so there was a little bit of a wait. There were various levels of hospitality, but all of the staff were very smiley, pleasant and helpful. Overall, the meal went very smoothly. Some of the waiting staff were quite hospitable and checking on us for whether we needed any more drinks, so we were well looked after in that respect. Everything was really clean, and tidy. Just a slight note of recommendation is to maybe improve the quality of their drinks menu’s and for staff to ensure that there is enough cutlery and napkins, on the table in sync with the party size, which on this occasion there were just six of us. The food was insanely very good and tasty, so it was well worth the wait. Amongst us, we ordered burgers, some sides, dessert and drinks. There were some vegetarians within our group, and they loved the food. Some highlights for the table included the burger fillings, the waffle fries and the mac n cheese. All were very good.   Great food, you have to try if you havent been before! Staff were really friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients and provided great suggestions. Music is loud but you can still talk and hear people, its a good atmosphere. Will be back soon!

  Probably some of the best burgers I've ever had, and I especially love the Korean twist on the flavours. Cocktails are also inventive and delicious. Service is always spot on. Music is great! Can't recommend it enough, we bring all our friends here but best to book as its very popular.

  My family and I visited Worcester specifically to visit Hanbao on a Thursday afternoon. I booked online and paid the £10 deposit. The location is easy to find. The entrance is lovely and the decor inside is brilliant. The welcome was very warm from Isobel and her service/attitude throughout the visit was impeccable. The drinks were ordered and they came along fairly quickly. Then the food..menu was explained, we ordered..and it came to the table beautifully presented. It was all excellent. Superb flavours! We shared a couple of desserts..they were heavy on the marshmallow and a tad lighter on the ice cream than we thought they would be. The only negative would be the toilet..lacked in cleanliness and the hand dryers were not working. There was no paper towel option instead. Would I recommend it? YES! Will I visit again? ABSOLUTELY!
