  Our food was fantastic, but most notably we had an angel of a lady serving us, she had mentioned she was new but was beyond accomodating. To my shame I didnt catch her name to mention in the review, but shes a fantastic addition to your business and I look forward to eating here again soon

  I love meat, and Istanbul Restaurant delighted me with its superbly prepared kebabs. The lamb was juicy and fragrant, and the chicken was delicious. The portions were generous. The staff was excellent, always smiling and very helpful, and the restaurant was clean and pleasant. Special mix for 2 is really for two. I will definitely come back.

  I’ve been to Istanbul many times, the food is always really good, but today I left very disappointed because of this staff lady. She was being very rude. And i also heard her saying “if i could slapped all of this people i would “. I was already feeling on edge after i spoke to her about my order but after i heard what she said i just wanted to leave the restaurant. What a shame, the restaurant is serving really good food, but the customer service needs some improvements.

  I have been to this restaurant many times, food is always nice, but the staff lady was very rude, we ordered lamb chops, one of the waitress served us lamb ribs, we genuinely thought it may be a mistake and we started eating it, two minutes later another waitress came to our table and said you received wrong order, we told her we don’t mind it, then she started saying no it is not fine why we started eating someone else’s order instead of acknowledging her colleagues mistake she started blaming us, she was rude all the tine while we were there, our orders were wrong, tea was send without sugar and tge list goes on, in the end; i would suggest to the owner to invest in good staff as your food and restaurant is good.
