  We were in Walsall town so decided to try this place for food. We were seated quickly and once the order was taken food came in an appropriate time. Yet it wasn't anything amazing. Everything felt half hearted. There are some veggie options but nothing I would recommend. It's a nice place to try out but I wouldn't go out of my way. Hope you have a better experience. Enjoy.

  This was my first time at piri fino in Walsall. I have been to other locations in Birmingham. The food was absolutely delicious as usual. I love the fact that you can eat in here. The atmosphere looks nice and cool. Staff was polite. Parking was a little hard to find but overall, a good experience.

  Having read some reviews of customer service, I had concerns of this place - but was willing to give it a go, so early evening whilst we were still drinking in the pub opposite I called and reserved a table for a 6-strong group of us - which was all set once we got there. I went for something small - 5 wings + side - opting for the hot (but not Extra Hot) flavour, plus Piri chips, which weren't all *that* spicy but worked a treat. It wasn't bad, but trying to locate a waitress to get drinks refills proved problematic - after our second beer we paid up and left. Will definitely return, but may try a night when they're less busy as it seemed understaffed (and I don't recall them having Wifi there)

  Really disgusted to arrive to this restaurant to collect my food order which stated it was being prepared so I’ve travelled 7 miles whilst I’m pregnant and they’ve wasted both my petrol and my money the staff seem very unreliable and rude also. Will not be ordering from there again!! How bad that they didn’t update to say they were unable to process my order until I went in store and even when doing so you could see my order on the screen which they all ignored kitchen staff were sitting at the bar having drinks poured for them when the closing time isn’t until 22:45 I will be sending photographic evidence to trading standards!

  The service at Piri Fino in Walsall was extremely poor. Although the food was decent, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. They were rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to accommodate even a basic request, which shows a complete lack of customer care. There was no attempt to be helpful or polite — it felt like they simply didn’t care. Good food doesn’t make up for bad service. I won’t be returning, and management seriously needs to address staff attitude and customer service standards.
