  We visited Nando’s Walsall as a family, including children, and we all really enjoyed the experience. The ambience was relaxed and welcoming, making it comfortable for families, and the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. The food and overall setting made it an enjoyable outing for both adults and children. A great spot for a casual family meal.

  Delivery for a family and nothing arrives but cakes… inedible and soggy cheesecakes. Where have these been stored? They are soaked through so clearly not well. All of the actual food missing so nobody has anything to eat. The bag clearly said 3 bags written on it yet we’re given a bag of wet cakes and a bag of dips napkins etc. Called up to say we haven’t been given any of our food, which has then been sent out, but no replacements for the cakes as they had been sent out originally. But not eating them as they will clearly make us ill.

  Ordered a chicken burger takeaway. Arrived early and they made my order up while I waited. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after a walk of just over 5 minutes back to my accommodation, I found the burger was completely cold including the burger bun, chicken and cheese which was still in a hard sheet. Chips were much hotter and were fine. Overall disappointed.

  My mum and I ordered 5 chicken wings and chips, and the chicken was completely raw inside, not slightly undercooked, but genuinely raw. That’s a serious health risk. When we informed the waitress (tall, slim, black hair), she muttered “ahh” under her breath as if we were inconveniencing her and walked off. We genuinely expected her to return with an apology or at least offer to replace the food, but she never did. She completely ignored us and carried on as though nothing had happened. There was no apology, no replacement, and no accountability. Serving raw chicken is unacceptable, but the lack of care and basic customer service made the situation even worse. It’s very disappointing and honestly concerning. Would not go back there. Neither would I recommend it.

  My mate and I have visited here a few times but yesterday was first day I remembered to take a photo. I had 5 chicken wings with lemon and herb spicing. You could just about taste the lemon on them. They were cooked well and fell of the bone with a definate grill taste to them. They were nice wings and I would order them again. I then had a side of mash potato that appeared to be instand mash. Needed alot more butter and had solid bits where it had hardened against the dish it was either cooked or microwaved in. Food overal was average and I have had better from here. My mate had a chicken burger with peri chips. Service was prompt and was quite full for a thursday. Staff were friendly and likly i will return.
