We had a fantastic meal at Major Curry Affair. We ordered the Pathia and the Dansak, and both were absolutely excellent. The flavours were incredible — really vibrant and perfectly balanced. Every bite was packed with depth, with that lovely sweet, sour and spicy kick in the Pathia and the rich, comforting warmth of the Dansak. Full marks to Mo and Mr Ray who took care of us. You can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking here. If you enjoy bold, flavourful curries that really pop, this place is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back!

We visited this restaurant last night after hearing good reviews. Service was quick and staff are so lovely. I had the best masala chips I’ve ever tried and a lovely chicken Balti but my friend felt as though his lamb jalfrezi could have been spicer and would have liked more meat but overall lovely restaurant would recommend.

Used to go most Fridays and it was quite nice, went last night was very busy had to wait a while till they took our order. When it came my partners supposedly was a Balti it was so thick and very little not like the usual one's we've had in the past. I think it will be a while till we go again. Not even a thankyou for the tip either.

Phoned late one evening for a phone order to collect. £22 for 2 curry’s with 6 small prices of meat in each one mainly made up of sauce. Feel rightly ripped off and when I called them about it they said sorry we are almost closed so can’t do anything about it. Avoid

Just had a fantastic meal here. Really good flavoursome curries & good service. Not licensed but you can take your own. I can't remember if they had music or not. If they did it was at a nice quiet level that meant we could talk. If we're back visiting the area we'll definitely be back!
