When ordering today we selected to have no tomato relish on both our burgers due to an allergy. When the burgers came both burgers came with tomato relish on and no peri naise. we flagged a waitress down and she was very polite about it, took both burgers and listened to our complaint. Then what we assume was a manager came over, he was very rude. holding both plates as if he was trying to return them and told us we had selected to remove the perinaise and not the tomato relish. we explained he was wrong and he bluntly asked which we wanted off and walked away. the way he spoke to us felt belittling and made us feel it was us that made the mistake. we flagged the previous waitress down to show her our receipt and explained that the man who spoke to us was rude. it was as if he didn’t want to waste the meal and make us feel bad so we would take it back. the first waitress apologised asked if we wanted a different manager, we explained we simply didn’t want him returning to our table and she apologised. when she brought the burgers back there was still tomato relish split onto some of the chips. we didn’t bother asking them to remake it again as we knew it was going to just cause another issue with the previous manager. no clue what the lady’s name was but she was extremely polite, her manager on the other hand needs to learn a lesson from her.

I had a great meal at Nando’s. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour as always. The peri-peri chicken was cooked really well juicy on the inside with a nice char on the outside, and the sauce had the perfect level of spice.

Short and sweet version: 100% Recommended. Long version: Went to this Nandos for first time last week. Ordered at the till, got cutlery, filled bottomless, was sat down for 2 mins. Food had already arrived. It was so quick I was pleasently shocked. We actually looked at each other thinking they got the wrong table. Yea the food weren't too bad either. Been twice since, food and service been great! Its a BANGER!

I’ve recently ordered a wrap meal from here. Paid £14.25 for the ordered. When my wrap arrived I got so disappointed of the size of it. I should’ve gone to McDonalds or something and pay less for a bigger wrap. Also, my meal was cold and sweetcorn didn’t even come with the butter. Nando’s is so overrated and overpriced. Contacted Nando’s customer service they told me to speak with the delivery. I don’t understand how is the delivery responsible for the size of the product. I will add photo of what I got and what they advertising! So disappointed that I won’t get my money back.

Fantastic Customer Service always at this Nandos, but especially today. I was meeting my Granddaughter at 1pm as Cinema tickets bought for 2pm, I was very happy to wait where the delivery folk do, but the Lovely Lady organising tables insisted on me taking a table 😊 and bought me some water without asking. There was a problem with parking and traffic for my Granddaughter but we did eat, rushed and will be back. Thankyou to All the Staff xx
