  As a years long nandos customer I’ve always loved nandos. However our recent app order was left outside of a hotel we were in without following delivery notes to go to receptionist (which was previously done 30 minutes before) we contacted customer care and they told us it’s our fault that their driver left it outside as they attempted every way to contact us. However customer care could not confirm that the driver had even stepped inside the hotel to let the receptionist know and told us that he did not follow the delivery notes at all. Resulting in no order 👎🏿 no refund or re order of food. I highly recommend not ordering from the app and just going in, in person

  My girlfriend and I ate here this afternoon. Double chicken breast wrap with added halloumi, piri fries and garlic bread!!! Yum! But the thing that really stood out today was what a wonderful team that served us! So welcoming, chipper, so helpful and lovely!! I dont know their names but they really made our visit so pleasant and they helped to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant! Many thanks!

  A regular customer to Nando’s, but this one is surely a well presented. We ordered quite good selection of vegetarian courses and were honestly tasty. The bread was so fresh and the served corn was nice with all the herbs and species. The place interior decoration was inspiring and brought nice vibes while sitting. There was that guy, might be their manager who was so friendly and asked us over about the food and if anything is needed, which we did like really. Was a decent dinner and worth the visit for sure. Good luck!

  I went here today and the food was amazing however my experience was ruined by what seems a manager was having a heated conversation with an employee which made me feel uncomfortable. I feel like the conversation should’ve been had in private to not hinder customer experiences.

  This place sums up problems with our modern world. "sorry we don't chicken thighs or fillets" so half then menu is unavailable. But of course whole chickens and butterfly breasts are available, so the use of a knife they could provide all the menu.... Alas that's unrealistic request these days.
