  We loved the food—it was very tasty and not greasy at all. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was quite calm, with no queues to get a table. A positive point is that they have an arrangement with the parking spaces behind the building. We felt the prices were slightly higher than we expected, but nothing unreasonable. Overall, it’s a good dining option in the centre of St Helens.

  I visited Nando’s recently on my own while on a business trip and was genuinely blown away by the service. I’d been studying all day and sitting exams, so I was exhausted, but Claire completely lifted my mood. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in. Her attitude and professionalism made such a difference to my experience, and she’s a real credit to Nando’s. I was also served by Libby at the tills, who was welcoming, chatty, and very attentive. Both staff members were excellent, but Claire in particular made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I also must mention that I wasn’t very hungry, so I decided to go for a small meal and a side and wasn’t made to feel any type of way about ordering something so small for an adult. Both staff members made me feel completely at ease and I wish I lived more local as I would return regularly.

  Cheeky little Nandos with my grandson. Food okay, portions were small. Desserts were not up to much. Oleasenr atmosphere though and our server was pleasant

  We had a lovely experience at Nando’s. We had a table booked for 4:00 pm under the name Marta, and we visited as a family, myself (Leonardo), my wife, our daughter Yasmin, and Marta’s father. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming. The young lady at reception, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, greeted us with genuine kindness and escorted us to our table in a very professional and friendly way, a solid 10/10 for her. During our meal, Sophie and Emily looked after us, and they were both excellent. They were attentive, polite, caring, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, a clear 10/10 for both of them. The service felt natural and genuine, not rushed. The food was excellent, and combined with the level of care we received, it made the whole experience very enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for the great service, especially Sophie, Emily, and the lovely lady at reception. We truly felt well looked after and would happily return.

  Special thanks to Sophia who was warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful in explaining everything as it was our first ever Nando's visit. The other lady who served us was also awesome. 2pm Sunday afternoon after the busy period so it was about half full. Ordered on the app and foot was at the table within 15 mins. Chicken Thighs and Liver were both delicious and I look forward to returning. I hope the same staff are there next time.
