  Absolutely brilliant service at such a busy time too (Tuesday 27th may at around 6pm), the place was packed. But the servers were great. The food came out quickly and was well cooked. Everything we had was great. My daughter is coeliac and they came over with a tablet so we could see what we could order for her. Unfortunately I don't live in Southport but will be going to my local nandos to see if they're as good. This was actually my first time at a nandos too. Keep up the good work

  Terrible customer service. 20 minutes past collection time (it would have been quicker to just go in the restaurant rather than not pre-order). I was left waiting 5 minutes to have my existence acknowledged. After 20 minutes, I asked what was going on and he immediately passes my food to me. This is why Karen's Karen. Disappointing basic people skills.

  Wouldn't let me and my friends in an hour before closing. This is the second time its happened this week its unfortunate because I love nandos and I am one chilly of a red reward. I have been going here all my life and am a loyal customer this is not on.

  The food and the atmosphere are as expected. The pricing is a bit out there for 'upmarket' chain food. £8.25 for what is little more than a large slider for a burger and as for the "bottomless" Coke at £2.95. wow! Some of the staff seem a bit clueless and why do you have paper towels in the bathroom but no basket to put them?

  Just went in nandos southport and it was great. I had to ask the manager his name because I thought he was going above and beyond - Sam, what a true gentleman and great host. You have made mine and my friends day, I am sure you will go far in this company.
