  Lovely lunch today at Nando’s southend. We had the boneless platter with the pickle pot on the side. Really quick friendly service and hot food.

  The last 2 times we have visited Nandos its been such a lovely atmosphere Fatima stands out with her lovely warm smile and going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She is a lovely lady and a credit to youre team. The food was 10/10. We really enjoyed our dinner out with our children!

  ⭐ 5 Stars. I had an amazing experience at Nando’s Southend thanks to Fatima! She greeted us with a warm smile, was incredibly friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Fatima, for making our meal so enjoyable! Highly recommend this branch for great food and exceptional service.

  The only reason this is a 3 is that I have ordered a lot of really good food from here before, its usually fresh and hot and accurate. My last two orders were very disappointing though. One had corn on the cob that was so slimy and visibly not ok to serve or sell and I don't know how this was missed. I just now ordered a sol bowl, which came with half a box of coleslaw, no charred corn even though it isn't marked as out of stock and one singular slice of herby pickle. The charred corn is my favourite part. I hope this is just two flukes back to back and not a pattern.

  Great food and amazing service from Erica, she explained she was training and she done an amazing job checking everything was okay and the kitchen accidentally forgot our peri salt on our chips but Erica was quick to rectify! Amazing i 100% recommend☺️
