We had such a wonderful experience here. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. There was a small misunderstanding and our food came spicier than we could handle, but they immediately replaced it with a milder version free of charge and even offered us complimentary drinks. This level of kindness and customer care really means a lot. Highly recommended!

Their food has good authentic taste but their service time is a bit slow. Absolutely love the kachoris, aloo tikki chaat, desi brekkie.

I recently visited this place and it was good experience! The chai was absolutely fantastic, served in traditional kullads (clay cups), which added a unique touch to the whole experience. Their loaded fries were another highlight — perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The ambiance was welcoming and cozy, with soft lighting from beautiful salt lamps that really set a calming mood. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some quality time. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and a peaceful atmosphere.

If you want a refreshing drink, must try green mango mojito from Cha sha portswood. First time tried this drink and felt mind blowing. It’s delicious and really refreshing.

I used to go Chaiiwala for years, but I was delighted to make a visit to Cha Sha as I only looked for Chaiiwala whenever I needed Chai/ Tea. Chai at Cha Sha has similar flavour to Chaiiwala but it’s light/ less milk at Cha Sha and easy to Digest. Hence given 5 stars. I’ll personally go to Cha Sha instead of Chaiiwala. Please note I only tried the Chaii as I have not tried their food so can’t really comment on it. So please do you due diligence.
