  I’ve been going to Nando’s for many years now and have probably visited around 30–35 different locations. Cleanliness has often been an issue for me, bottles with dried sauce around the lids, tables left dirty, and at times some questionable standards in the kitchen area. However, my visit today to Nando’s Solihull Touchwood was a completely different experience. The staff were constantly on top of cleaning, and the restaurant was genuinely the cleanest Nando’s I’ve ever been to. Everything looked well maintained and cared for. On top of that, the food was cooked perfectly, fresh, hot, and full of flavour. After nearly 10 years of visiting Nando’s across the country, this one takes the number one spot for me. Keep up the fantastic work, it really shows.

  Overall good visit to this Nando’s. Bottomless drinks including the iced peach tea is good value, however the food otherwise is highly priced. Food arrived hot and fresh and there was plenty of extra sauces. There was only two of us at the table and yet one meal was served a full 10 minutes before the second one, meaning it was a fair wait before we could eat together.

  The manager at this restaurant Kate gave excellent customer service, it was my sister’s birthday and she has a nut allergy and she made sure everything was perfect. Also food was excellent. Thank you so much, will come again!

  Great consistent Nando’s food as always. We knew we’d be going at a busy time but the queue management was extremely organised (assume by the Manager who was extremely pleasant and friendly. He also was helping clearing tables to keep the flow of customers going which I thought was excellent). Huge shout out to Angel who helped me sort out my incorrect order. She had a lovely smile and a really pleasant, attentive and professional manner - nothing was too much trouble. Well done all!

  when we ordered the food, we asked for some things to be taken off. When the food came, it had the things that we asked to come off still on it, so we politely asked them to change it as they got it wrong. We waited 35 minutes and the new one still hadn’t come so we asked the staff to check if it was coming. A very rude girl came over and told me that i never ordered it but i can order it now, i told her that i already ordered it and paid for it but they made a mistake and that i asked for a new one to be brought out. The food came after 10 minutes and the food was cold.
