  Wow what a service… had my order piping hot in no time! Lovely store with nice friendly staff.. had another crowd pleaser rice box and it was 10/10 thank you guys for the hearty food.. I’m getting addicted to the rice box😂😂😂

  No disrespect but by far the worst Pepe’s branch I’ve ever been to. The food was so dry paneer had no sauce on it whatsoever it was really disappointing. I normally order from other branches around the midlands but this one was absolutely terrible for quality of food. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, maybe not but I wouldn’t be going back again. I literally had dry paneer chunks and dry rice in a box.

  Had a really good experience at Pepe’s. Ishy and Loy gave great service, both were friendly and made sure everything was spot on. Food came quick and the overall vibe was good. Would definitely come back And definitely reccomend 💯💯

  Latest review: 17/05/2022 I will be downgrading my review of Pepe's as I got a very bad stomach 🤢 after my recent meal and unfortunately it's put me off coming here, I may try this again at some point but I doubt I will be having it anytime soon! 👎🏾 It could have been a bad batch I don't know but nevertheless I will be taking my custom round the corner to Rio's Piri Piri Original review: Absolutely would 100% recommend this Pepe's 💯! I've ordered via Über eats for collection from here on two occasions. On both occasions the food has been of a very high standard, very tasty and the customer service I received has been the best I've had from a Pepe's 🤝🏽 My order on both occasions consisted of the following: 5 Chicken Tender Strips (Mild) 🍗 Large Piri Piri Fries 🍟 Large Coke (Pepsi) 🥃 x2 Garlic sauce pots 🧄 The Chicken strips were full of flavour and cooked to perfection. If ordering via Über Eats it allows you to select how cooked you would like them, on the 1st time trying I asked for them to be cooked "normal" and on the second time I asked for them to be "well done". Both time this was done and absolutely no problems whatsoever. Moving onto the Fries 🍟. THE BEST TASING PIRI PIRI FRIES IVE EVER EATEN! 💯. I not exaggerating I've tasted other versions of what some chicken shops class as "Piri Piri Fries 🍟" and these are on a completely different level!   I’ve been a regular customer at Pepe’s Chicken in Redditch since 2018 — over 7 years now. I always order a whole chicken, and the lovely staff have always kindly given me two extra garlic & herb dips when I asked. Sometimes I bring my family, and all of us order a whole peri peri chicken each. That’s how much we’ve supported this branch over the years. However, my visit today (13th November 2025 around 5 pm) was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual and politely asked for two extra dips, just as I’ve always done. The man who said he was the manager (someone I’ve never seen before) told me I’d have to pay for them. I smiled and explained that I’ve been a regular for years and that the team has always given them as a courtesy — I didn’t argue or raise my voice, I simply explained it. He refused and spoke very rudely, with an unpleasant tone and expression. What truly shocked me was that as I walked back to my seat, I clearly heard him say loudly, “Why do those stupids always f*ing argue with me?” No one from the team said a word — everyone looked uncomfortable. Would he have said that if I were a man? It felt like he said it loudly and confidently because I’m a woman. I left feeling deeply saddened and disheartened. I’ve always enjoyed Pepe’s for its food and friendly staff, but today’s experience was truly upsetting and disappointing. I hope higher management looks into this, no one deserves to be spoken to like that..
