Food was good and variety was great, especially for deserts. Portion size was good for what I got (loaded chips). The highlight though was the service from Shahrukh. He was top notch, went above and beyond in helping us out. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Would give him 10/10.

Sharukh served us today at Chaiwala. What an amazing guy to talk with also he suggested us the sandwich which was a real compliment with the Karak Chai. The tea is perfect as usual and it gets better every-time you take a sip. Lovely place to come with friends and gossip.

Shahrukh was top man. Best service in Portsmouth. Hooked us up with the student discount. Up the SRK.10/10 would recommend to everyone and their family.

I recently visited Chaiiwala and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors. From the freshly made chai to the perfectly prepared street-style snacks, everything tasted fresh and satisfying. The karak chai was rich and aromatic, and the samosas were crispy and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They made sure our order was correct and served promptly, even though the place was quite busy. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, making it a great spot to relax with friends and family. Overall, Chaiiwala delivers both quality food and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for tasty desi street food and a great chai experience. I’ll surely be visiting again!

Everyone must try Chicken Tikka Melt so tasty & balance spicy Milk cake sweet level was standard and juicy 👌
