  Waited ages at the till . They were to busy walking around looking busy.One member of staff with the name of mike was rude in how he spoke to us . .. amazing customer service skills?????? But not all nandos are like this one Don't sit near the toilets the smell 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 if customer service would like to message me you are more than welcome

  Food great as always! Both server Amber and the manager in striped shirt exceeded expectations by miles! They were super uplifting & helped us when we had a v minor food mixup—thanks! Highly reccomended! 10/10 ☺️

  I visited this restaurant during on a week day at about 7pm and it was unexpectedly busy. That being said there was no wait for a table. The food was good, and this was my first experience of bottomless ice tea option which is a good option for those who don't like the usual fizzy bottomless offerings

  We went as a large party during half term after being made redundant from our workplace and the Nandos team couldn't have been nicer. The food was great as it always is but the service we received was amazing. Considering you order from a till point individually we were well looked after and couldn't fault their kindness and hospitality. Thank you

  Underwhelming quality food. Small portions. My food had been left under the Hotplate for at least 20 minutes before I received it. Naturally, my food was barely warm. Portion sizes for the cost was poor. Staff are running around but not really concerned with quality or complaints as they are too preoccupied. The floor where we sat was filthy dirty and needs to be scrubbed. We won't be returning.
