  We visited the lounge for early Sunday dinner it was our first visit and didn't know what to expect we were very pleasantly surprised the service was really good with a white choice of menu there is something for everyone the prices are very keen and the food is very nice I chose spaghetti bolognese which was very nice my partner chose a chicken dish which was equally nice. The drinks prices of very keen and the overall bill was surprisingly small thank you

  I’m giving this place such a low rating purely because of the manager, Think his name is Olly. It’s a real shame because the food was actually very good, and our waitress was lovely, but the management is absolutely toxic. We didn't realize the venue was cash-only and tried to be helpful by offering to order via Uber Eats pickup so we could still dine in. Instead of a professional response, Olly—who I understand is the older brother of the owners—was a total nightmare. He was incredibly disrespectful, lecturing our group about Uber’s commission rates and speaking to us like children. Most bizarrely, he made it personal, asking if the waitress "was our sister, would we make her run back and forth"—a completely irrelevant and unprofessional thing to say. We didn't "make" her do anything; she was doing her job while he hid in the back. It’s clear this manager is a complete idiot who thinks he can behave however he wants because of his family connection. He has zero respect for customers and is a quick way to lose business. We won’t be returning and suggest others avoid this place until they hire management that knows how to behave in public.

  Visited for coffee and cake but left feeling deeply disrespected. The woman working at the till was openly rude and used a tone that felt racially motivated and exclusionary. It is shocking to encounter this level of prejudice in a local business.

  One star only for cake that I ordered. I went with my husband last night and ordered cake and coffee however the service was extremely shit rude and arrogant. The cake that I wanted wasn’t written in the menu so had to go to till to order when went to till the lady had strong European accent and obviously couldn’t understand her but she also wasn’t nice or polite. I had the worst experience then my husband was trying to pay and he asked how much she said £9 something. And obviously me and my husband couldn’t understand then she tried to mock us by doing gestures like “u guys ordered 2 things” In my opinion I wouldn’t recommend going there.
