Went with friends, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming from the start. It’s the kind of place where you can sit comfortably, talk, and actually enjoy being there without feeling rushed. The location is good and easy to find. The only real downside is that there’s no parking directly in front of the place but anyone been in the Oldham town centre know that parking is easy to find close by. Once you’re inside, you feel a warm welcome from the staff. Seating is comforting with great varieties on the menu. We didn’t wait long for the food as our desi breakfast arrived full of flavours clearly made with care. The staff were friendly in a natural, genuine way, which adds a lot to the experience. The bathrooms are downstairs and was clean, which is always appreciated. We’ve also had desserts here in the past, and the quality has always been great. Consistent, tasty, and done properly. Overall, a bittersweet little spot that gets the important things right and can recommend anyone to give this gem a try.

RUN DON’T WALK HERE!! Wow. Amazing place to grab waffles. Friendly staff (shout out to Bibi). Cute and inviting atmosphere. The most incredible value prices (£7.50 for our waffles!). Highly recommend this place with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited today for my daughter‘s 7th birthday party with her friends. From booking to having the event, the communication and response was fantastic and always polite and informative with everything being confirmed On arrival the staff were so welcoming and helped with the cake and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We felt extremely welcomed, the food was lovely, the service and staff were absolutely outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Bittersweet, whether for a party, food or just popping in for a drink. We will definitely be back and would like to thank all the staff for being so amazing.

The snickers milkshake is very tasty however they price the sizes the same way like the cinema would for Popcorn. In addition to this the chocolate brownies are high quality if you've been to a place called heavenly desserts which has reduced the portion sizes and upped the price get yourself to bittersweet! The staff here are always welcoming and friendly especially the girl with green eyes she adds the extra level of customer service which you don't see in Oldham so she's definitely an asset to the team. Would like to hear more house music or something modern and for the younger crowd.

This was the second time I've been with my teenage son, and it was just as good as the first time. The staff are so lovely and relaxed, friendly and on hand if you need them. The food came quickly and was so nice! I also ordered a mocktail this time...it was so nice that my son ended up getting one too! Lots to choose from, everything served beautifully. Tasty and with a smile. Will definitely come again thank you :)
