Pizza was light and tasty and cooked well. The peri peri chicken was a bit tough but the sauce was really nice. Customer service was excellent and wait time wasn't too bad.

Visited Crave on the Sunday 23rd February 2025, about 7:15pm in the early evening. Originally this place was a hybrid of a cafe/restaurant. This place has gone through a makeover. It’s been transformed into a as fast food takeaway (sometime in 2024). It is functioning as a fast food restaurant that serves Pizza’s, burger's, southern fried chicken etc. Went inside there were no diners to be seen inside and the place was not busy. I took a good look at the menu and I decided to go for the Buttermilk Burger Platter (£12.99), which comes with the Buttermilk chicken burger, 3 Boneless buffalo wings, regular fries, Garlic mayo dip and a drink of your choice (canned fizzy drink or bottled water). The meal deal was good but the boneless chicken wings are actually processed and they are hardly in their natural form. In other words they are shaped to resemble chicken wings.

I am a regular customer and live very close to this location. On this occasion, my order took over two hours to arrive. When I called to ask for an update, I was told the food had already been out with the driver, despite the continued delay. When the order finally arrived, the food was completely cold. I then had to make several follow-up calls to request a refund. During one of these calls, the day after may I add the staff member ended the call without providing a resolution. After continued chasing, the issue was eventually resolved and a refund was issued, but it was described as a “goodwill gesture” rather than acknowledgment of the service failure. This experience was very disappointing, particularly as a frequent local customer Unfortunately I will not be returning

Where else in Nuneaton can you sample an Indian street food breakfast in cool, coffee shop surroundings, served by lovely chatty staff? I’d love a few tunes simmering away in the background. From the look of the espresso machine set up I’m sure they make a mean coffee. Interestingly, in the afternoon Crave Coffee craft a handsome range of award winning burgers. The chef is a person of many talents!

Since writing this review the restaurant phoned at 10:35PM and demanded that I take my review down because it affects their rating…..No apologies for the disgusting mess they sent me or for waking me. Pizza edges burnt, but dough raw in the centre. Covered in grease. Very chewy, made my jaw ache just trying to eat it. Cheesy garlic bread hardly had any cheese on it and only sprinkled with a herb. Zero taste of garlic Waited 1 hour 45 minutes even though we are 6 minutes away. Avoid at all costs, will never order here again.
