The food was delicious! I got the chicken tenders loaded fries. You can get water on the side, and it was nice they provided good plastic cups. The only complaint I had is that it is a bit cold inside, so I had to leave my jacket on the entire time. Sabina was very nice and helpful and provided great service.

Nice busy place. Very similar vibe to a chained restaurant if you get my drift. Enjoyed the wings and peri chips. Smashed original burger was okay. Server forgot to give me key worker discount but applied it to my group of friends. Not sure what happened there.

I had such a great experience at Ladz, and a big reason for that was Sabina. She is genuinely one of the most friendly, professional, and helpful people you could meet. From the moment I walked in, she made sure everything was comfortable and that I was taken care of properly. Her attention to detail and the way she talks to customers makes you feel very welcome and valued. Sabina clearly takes pride in her work and goes the extra mile to make sure customers leave happy. It’s rare to find someone who combines great service, a positive attitude, and real professionalism the way she does. If you ever visit Ladz, I highly recommend asking for Sabina — she will make sure you have an excellent experience. Thank you for the amazing service!¹q

Ladz is an amazing place for food ! Their Classic Smash Burger is really good, so juicy, soft, and full of flavour. I have had it so many times and still love it every time. The curly fries are a perfect match with the Smash Burger. Excellent customer service too😊 big thanks to Shuvo and Amina for being so friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

The positive reviews of this place caught our attention but this is one of the most overrated places I’ve been to…. Burgers were cold and inedible. The place is incredibly dirty with sticky tables, dirty floors and not to mention the state of their toilets
