We visited as a group of four and ordered food together. We were brought complimentary Turkish bread, but it was just one very small piece shared between four people. We thought maybe that’s normal, but it felt a bit odd — especially since the table next to us received three or four times more bread. We didn’t want to ruin the mood, so we ignored it. One child received chicken wings, and before the rest of our food arrived, the other child had already eaten half of them while we were still waiting. I ordered the most expensive dish on the menu — the ribeye steak for £33. Before the steak arrived, garlic mushrooms were served. I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to eat them with, as the main dish hadn’t arrived yet. By the time the steak finally came, the mushrooms were already cold — and my wife still hadn’t received her meal. We waited around 40 minutes in total, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The kids ate first, then I ate, and only after that did my wife finally get her food. Her rice and chicken tasted like it had been cooked the day before and reheated. In the end, we paid £100, cancelled the remaining dishes, and left because we were tired of waiting and disappointed with the food quality. I’ve had much better steaks for £15 elsewhere — this £33 ribeye was simply not worth it. Overall, very poor service timing and disappointing food for the price.

We visited the Grand Sultan in Milton Keynes and it was good. The modern interior looked good and had many seating areas split across 2 floors. This mediterranean restaurant had many cuisine options available and the pricing was mid-range. We went for the hummus and bread as starters and the lamb shank and salmon for the mains which was ok. A good option for a family meal in Milton Keynes.

Had better expectations for the place but wasn't too pleased. Food was good but got for the price range I would probably go elsewhere in Milton Keynes. The two people platter was quite small and just overly filled with rice at the bottom. Garlic prawn hot mezze (priced at £8.50) consists of 3 prawns cooked in some onions. Wouldn't really say they had garlic flavour. Just a hint of spices. Service wasn't the best. No issues with staff themselves but seems to be more of a management issue.

We recently visited with a group of friends and had an incredible time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt lively yet welcoming, making it the perfect spot for celebrations. The space is generous and well laid out, so even with a larger group we never felt crowded. The food was outstanding every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. There’s a great variety on the menu, which makes it easy for everyone to find something they love. Portions are generous, and everything we tried was cooked to perfection. The staff added so much to the experience. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to make sure we had a great evening. Their warmth and professionalism made the whole visit feel special. Overall, Sultans is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to celebrate with friends or family. With delicious food, a spacious setting, and wonderful people, it’s easily a five-star experience that we’ll be returning to again and again.

Great food and service. Went there with my family and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing, the lamb shank slow cooked to perfection, the grand sultan grill was succulent and full of flavour. Mix hot mezze was mouthwatering. Will be visiting again very soon.
