From getting there it was 1.5hrs until we got our food. When asked why they said they were prioritising anyone that has been fasting. If this is the case then explain when we booked & we wouldn’t have booked. Service was extremely poor. Staff didn’t seem bothered at all about our wait & also didn’t get the drinks order correct for only 3 people. The food tasted good but that was all. A waiter dropped all the condiments off the table next to us spilling sauces everywhere. Another waiter got angry because of this & threw the chairs around as he had to clean up. The restaurant looks scruffy & could do with a total make over. Won’t be going back at all.

I dined here twice, once dining in and another time for takeaway. Both experiences were excellent. The chicken mandaros was a standout dish. The spices were rich and flavorful, and I absolutely loved it. Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous, and overall it’s a place I’d highly recommend.

From sitting down to placing order...I felt I was rushed... Meaning I didn't have enough time to look at the menu before staff came over twice asking if we ready with the second time the waiter stood there. Because of this I felt rushed to order. On the first time we ordered drinks...Two mango Rubicon and . have never had the drink already poured out into a glass for me. I have always been given a can and a glass ...Doing this I can check myself if the drinks expiry... We eventually placed a order when waiter came with our drinks asking if we were ready (which we wasn't) The parmo, we were asked if we wanted salad? Then coleslaw with the meal... We said everything as it comes (standard) Wasn't until we got the bill had we realised we were charged for the coleslaw. Think you need to let customers know if this is a extra cost...If it is it shouldn't be mentioned/ forced ... As from a customers point if view it looks like it's included. Parmesan are good. Caribbean waka waka chicken tasted nothing of Caribbean flavours but like a creamy mushroom type sauce...Didn't enjoy the sauce to my liking however you are very generous with the chicken. Chicken wings, wasn't keen on the sauce...Menu needs better description as the waiter recommended original and it was a hot sauce ...As a first time customer I don't know what manjaros original sauce is. overall i felt rushed and wanted to leave Wouldn't go back to this branch in particular. Having driven 75 minutes to visit this store.

We go here weekly for date night. Absolutely love their food. Highly recommend the creamy Caribbean chicken (they recently changed their menu so this is no longer listed on it but you can still request it) and mixed skewers in original sauce. The Parma burgers are also delicious. Prices are reasonable as well. Terrific place 💯
