Been a regular customer since its opened, the service I receive is always brilliant. The Engine have recently upgraded their shisha lounge and their interior is breathtaking! I’ve tried pretty much all their flavours from Al-Fakher, Starbuzz, Premium, Savacco to their house specials and VIP flavours. You need to try them to know how fresh and smooth each flavour is. The food is full of flavour, fresh juices are refreshing and their “Weekend Roast” is a must (Friday to Sunday) Nothing is asking for too much as their service is impressive time and time again!! Never disappoints.

Overall not a bad place but not great either. I had the classic roast chicken. It would’ve been better if it was in a piece of breast rather than a whole leg. The veg was ok and the potato’s. I believe the white sauce thingy was mash, I’m not quite sure but the texture wasn’t so nice and it wasn’t flavourful at all. The potato’s were cooked just right tho. The service was friendly and they were attentive to me. Overall I wouldn’t have the roast again.

What a fabulous lounge. Great food, Shisha and service. The staff are super friendly and do their best to make your visit special. There food is fantastic with a huge menu to choose from. Having a sweet tooth, they also offer fantastic desserts. Always serving the freshest and authentic shisha flavours from global brands. Big up to team engine. 10/10

One of the best lounges I’ve been to in a long time. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is on point and the staff make you feel genuinely welcome, especially Raqeeb who took our orders and kept making sure that everything was okay . The food is fresh, full of flavour, and the menu has loads of choice, you won’t be stuck for options. Shisha quality is top-tier, always smooth and made with premium flavours. Desserts are a big win too, especially if you’re into something sweet to finish. Everything from the service to the vibe is consistently excellent. Massive credit to the team for keeping standards high. Easily an 5/5 experience.

We ordered a Engine special £22 each. The chips were cold and when we complained they just rewarmed them instead of offering fresh chips. There was no atmosphere in the restaurant but the shisha lounge seemed busy . The restaurant was cold to sit in. We complained about the coldness. They reseated us near a so called heater but was even colder because the door to the shisha lounge kept opening and shutting with people exiting and entering. Not worth the £47 paid. Only got complimentary tea for their short comings. It was meant to be a birthday surprise for wife. I will never recommend them :( :(
