Really enjoyed the food here! The Chicken 65 was tasty, and the chicken biryani was honestly one of the best I’ve had. The samosa chaat was good too. Loved the Rajasthan/Lucknow-style atmosphere, it felt very authentic. Staff were polite and attentive. Just note that a service charge was already included before tipping. Would come back again!

Did I just have the most amazing lamb biryani ever? Did I just have the best dal makhni and paneer tikkas ever? Masala Zone isn’t just a hit but stands proudly heads and shoulders above most Indian restaurants around the Covent Garden area and the interiors, ambience music and the ever smiling guys and girls who assisted us make this restaurant an unmissable destination for foodies! Miss at your own peril!

Probably the best overall Indian restaurant I have ever eaten in, and I have visited many worldwide. This is the 5 star standard that all Indian restaurant should be compared with. The location is great, just off the main Covent Garden zone. The service was truly outstanding but not intrusive all set in great surroundings. I ate the shoulder of lamb curry with pilaf rice. The lamb was succulent and tender with a delicious sauce. The rice was not just a simple rice but included extra items which really enhance the flavours. All my dining compatriots enjoyed similar culinary delights. A really Michelin star experience….

Great restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous and satisfying. A standout dish for me was the Vada Pao Sliders—they were excellent. The atmosphere is also very cool!
