We recently visited the Golden Grill Restaurant with our family for dinner. The interior of the restaurant was nice and clean, however the overall experience was about average. Even though we had ordered soft drinks, when we asked for tap water, they said it wasn't suitable for drinking. They said they only serve bottled water. This was surprising because they were using the same tap water for cooking. The service was okay. While we had to prompt them for missing cutlery, they did correct things quickly. In terms of food - they served a good portion of bread, the chicken shawarma was very greasy, chicken tikka was dry and tastless, and the Adana kebab tasted good. Overall, the food quality and service need some improvement.

Me and my boyfriend stumbled upon this place when looking for something to eat one lunchtime and now it’s our favourite! You get so much food for your money and it’s all delicious with so many extras and sides thrown in - such great value for quality food! All the staff are lovely too 😊

Great value for money. Large portions. Very affordable range of food. Something for everyone. Complimentary dishes were very generous. Could've walked out full just on the complimentary dishes. (Pleanty of Hot Turkish bread with humous, Salad, raita, extra soup and veg stir fry - all complimentary). Upstairs seating was very comfortable. My only complaint is their clientele. All very loud and obnoxious. But thats not their fault. Otherwise a very enjoyable family experience.

Wonderfull food, freshly cooked, we had to wait, but boy was it worth it. Service was brilliant, friendly, helpful staff. Definitely worth another visit. Restaurant was clean, chairs comfortable, toilets were clean.
