Visited Grounded Kitchen to try the bao buns and left feeling very full and satisfied! I ordered the chicken bowl with a bao bun for £13, which felt like great value for the portion size and quality. I also added eight wings and a side of sticky rice to soak up all the flavours and juices — definitely worth it. There’s plenty of space inside, so it feels comfortable and relaxed. I went during half term and it was surprisingly quiet. Service was easy and efficient — you order and pay via the QR code at your table, which made everything quick and straightforward. Would happily return to try more from the menu.

Good ambience. Perhaps need more ground staff. Food was average. My Kids love such cuisines but did not like what they ordered. It was some funny smelling sauce which gave it this off feeling. Chicken was very chewy. Perhaps the same one that’s used for broth. Wings were not that great and didn’t seem fresh. Smoothie was quite good though. #Friendly staff

While the food was enjoyable and flavorful, it leaned more toward fusion than authentic Korean cuisine. That said, the creativity in the dishes still made for a satisfying meal. What truly stood out was the service and atmosphere—both were exceptional. The staff was warm and attentive, and the ambiance struck a perfect balance between modern and cozy. Even if you're looking for traditional Korean flavors, the experience here makes it worth a visit.

This was shockingly bad, it had 500+ reviews with rating of 4.6, hence we visited the place. Just shows how social media can be deluding. Don't get us wrong, the service, staff behavior and environment were very good but the food was exceptionally disappointing. No sweet, salt or spice balance, bland and every other dish tasted the same. The beef was extremely dry just showed it must have been re-fried. Also the food arrived in seconds, showing everything was pre-made and just reheated. This is not a fast paced restaurant and I definitely don't expect pre-made food in here. Moreover, definitely not authentic korean food, they serve something miles away from it. I added the beef bao and chicken wings pictures.

Visited Sunday afternoon. The restaurant felt great being spacious and modern decorated. It was spotless clean (toilet as well when we checked). Very welcoming lady asked for allergies and provided recommendations and warning on heat level. When they indicate very spicy is IS very spicy! Ordered udon for two (salmon and beef) + chicken wings. The food was finger licking good. (Speaking of... Would be great to have wet wipes for chicken). The ice cream to wrap was excellent as well. Above everything else the service by Grace was fantastic... An absolute star. Definitely worth a visit.
