I came in with my partner and had a great experience. Jamie was brilliant—very friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The service was very good from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Food was amazing and the guys that served my family and I were incredibly kind, warm and patient- however as for Abi, I couldn’t possibly say the same. She returned burnt halloumi upon request, came back to the table and emphasised how my sister didn’t specify whether it was a side or main. However, we’ll return to this later on. Prior to her bringing back to new halloumi, she asked to see a receipt. This was odd as she said she couldn’t see the dish on the ticket, but she had originally brought out halloumi in the first place which infers it was stated on the ticket. Otherwise why would she bring out a dish that wasn’t ordered by us? It clearly was. This part of the interaction is where all her professionalism went out the window. She first asked my sister if she had ordered the ‘side’ or the ‘main’ (of the halloumi). My sister mistakenly said the side. However when the receipt was shown, it was showed my sister had order the main. Abi leaded with unprofessionalism and a smug, condescending tone. She followed this with “See I asked if you ordered the main or the side, and you said the side. [a slight pause and stare) You’ve ordered the main”. Again, this is all odd because she had already brought out the halloumi dish that was asked to be returned and replaced for a new one (as like I said, it was the original one that was burnt). She then quickly followed up with the excuse of how she’s been running around because she has so many tables, how she got a bit confused etc.

Delicious! Always clean, people check to make sure you have everything, one time they got my order wrong but it’s fine they corrected it. It’s not like I was allergic, they are good with allergies. Not just this place but Nando’s in general is DELICIOUS AND SO GOOD TRY THE BEANIE BURGER WITH NO SAUCE AND PERI SALTED CHIPS ITS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD MY FAVOURITE 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
