Paid £11.29 for a solo meal and honestly felt disappointed with what I got for the price. The meal included a quarter chicken, chips, pitta and three wings, but the portions felt quite small and not great value overall. What stood out most was the wings. They were single-joint wings, whereas every other peri-peri place around clearly serves full double-jointed wings as standard. Because of that, it felt like even less food than expected and a bit misleading. For the price, I expected better portion sizes and overall value. Credit where credit is due, the flavour of the chicken was bang on Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations and I wouldn’t choose to go back.

I ordered chicken loaded with fries and chips a couple of times but usually there is very less quantity then it should be. When we called them to complain they didn't even respond properly. It happens a couple of times and I am not satisfied with the food quantity and service by this store.

I would advise staying away from this place. Ordered food for delivery, tracked delivery progress for it to randomly say delivered when it wasn't. Checked my CCTV and nothing. Called the venue for them to say it isn't there problem. I couldn't hear the guy on the phone very well so I decided to drive down. And he was even worse in person his words was... "I looked and packed your food. When it leaves my shop it's not my problem brother" I was fuming!! 1st and last time customer to this place. I'd avoid if I was you. Service was shocking!! I'd give it a 0 star if I could!!

My son has been begging to get food here so we did last night! Great service and value for money! Delicious rice box and my son got the fajita wrap meal! He was not disappointed!

This Pepe's piri piri in eastgate street has very good taste compared to other pepe's in cheltenham and Tewksbury. Also the staff is very friendly, professional and welcoming. My order taker was Ahsan and he ensured the order is prepped and cooked fresh.
