  We celebrated my birthday tonight at Anatolian Palace and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in with my family, we were made to feel so welcome. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, but tonight felt extra special. Kyla, our waitress, was fantastic – friendly, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout the evening. She really helped make the celebration feel relaxed and enjoyable. As always, we were treated to the complimentary bread with a beautiful dip and the fresh salad they bring to the table, which is such a generous and thoughtful touch. It’s those little extras that make dining here feel special. I had my absolute favourite dish, the lamb beyti, and it was just as delicious as ever – perfectly cooked, full of flavour and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the best Turkish tea to finish, which is always a must for me. We didn’t manage to order baklava tonight (which we usually can’t resist!) because we were so full, but that just gives us the perfect excuse to come back again soon. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday meal so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

  The service and the food were really good. I genuinely enjoyed every moment here and would love to come again and again. We went for our anniversary dinner without mentioning it or expecting anything special. While chatting, we happened to say it was our anniversary, and they celebrated with us, which made us feel truly special. Truely thank you to Sveta and the entire team who made our evening special. Highly recommend the Yoghurt Chicken - it’s a must-try dish here.

  In Gloucester to watch Harlequins Women play Gloucester and popped in here for our evening meal. The place was absolutely heaving. A great atmosphere, and if it's your birthday they put a waist coat and hat or long coat on you and the whole restaurant sings happy birthday to you, which was good fun. Staff are really friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I went for the House Special which was a mix of grilled meats served with rice and salad. Very, very tasty. Finished off the meal with an Irish coffee. Perfect. Highly recommended! The restaurant is situated in the superb Gloucester Docks which are also worth a walk around. Plenty to see and lots of fascinating history.

  Lovely food and an excellent atmosphere at Anatolian Palace. The restaurant was full on a Saturday night, with so many birthday celebrations creating a joyful, lively vibe. Definitely recommend booking ahead. A great choice for birthday dinners and special occasions.

  An exceptional Turkish dining experience. The food was authentic, generous in portion, and full of rich, balanced flavors. The grilled meats were perfectly cooked, the bread was fresh, and every dish reflected real attention to quality and tradition. Service was professional, welcoming, and efficient, making the entire evening smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and elegant — ideal for family dinners or a relaxed evening out. Highly recommended if you’re looking for genuine Anatolian cuisine done properly. We will definitely return.
