I ordered off Uber Eats and had an issue with my order where a whole meal did not turn up. I rang the restaurant and explained my situation and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone politely asked me to make the smallest order I could on Uber Eats so they could resend my whole order. for the mixup, they sent me an extra chicken wing and chicken strip and all portions of fries had a generous amount. overall, I am extremely happy with my experience and the way this issue was solved.

I did not take photos.but want to say this place is so underrated. Cannot believe I have never tried it before.the chips are.best ive ever tasted. The chicken and rice is so nice because it is cooked fresh and flame grilled. They are always friendly and helpful, place is very keen. Also child friendly with child seats. I liked the different dips. Definitely will come back.

I wanted to love it, I still want to love it, but unfortunately I do not love it. 10/10 workers who are lovely and helpful however the food will leave you on the toilet regretting your spice tolerance. The food is cheap and tasty however quality could be better.

My recent visit to Pepe’s Peri Peri in Exeter was extremely disappointing, and, unfortunately, it will be my last. The behaviour of the staff in the open kitchen was noticeably unprofessional. All the chefs appeared to be chewing something while preparing food, even blowing bubbles, which is not only unhygienic but also reflects a concerning disregard for basic kitchen standards. When customers have a clear view of the kitchen, it is reasonable to expect staff to follow proper food-handling etiquette.

Spot on Pepe's, shame about the dive of an area in which it's located. The service was top notch, the customers in store were not friendly however. Wouldn't hang around here too long in the evenings
