Mid afternoon, early evening visit. Relatively quiet when arrived. Quick service to table, online order to table, self serve drinks. Food prompt and good portions for us, very tasty. Good overall experience.

We tried the Eastbourne Nando's on a quiet Friday evening, and got a table right away. The seamless experience of ordering through the app made the process smooth and hassle-free. The food was delicious, as always, and the service was reasonably quick, which added to the positive experience. For the first time, I decided to be adventurous and tried the spiciest sauce available. I quickly realized it was a bit too intense. Despite the heat, we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great visit,

Pretty good food & service, but felt the prices were a little high for the food quality.

If you want to avoid the queues on a Saturday evening plan to arrive a little bit later about 7:30 onwards. Arrived on a Saturday evening about 6:15 - told there was a 30-40 min wait, but that's mainly their policy of not reserving. Also a problem with the Beacon for not having many nearby alternatives other than noodles / burgers, too many empty units. Because we persevered got a table after about 20 mins from the kind waiter. Got a table, one of the horseshoe ones for 6 people, which aren't ideal for people with mobility issues, however the waiter sorted us an additional chair. Ordered via the app rather than at the counter / waiter and the food & drink came quickly and was hot & tasty, it was a couple of people's first time and they enjoyed it. Ordered some natas to go, but they didn't have enough but water service resolved the issue well. Bill for 6 people with meal & drinks came to £125, didn't stay for dessert as they don't do hot drinks like tea or coffee. Other issue was that its so popular and full the acoustics are poor and echoey, you cant really have a conversation over food but that's probably more of a building problem than a Nando's problem. Overall, be prepared to queue, don't rely on it being available if you have to go to the cinema, enjoy the food but don't expect to have a chat, but the service was good despite it being busy.

Delish meal and kind service, we were welcomed by host and checked on by staff. Food was cooked perfectly, tasty, presented well and fast. We had a great experience and would love to come back soon! I didn’t use the loos so can’t comment. But the whole place was looked after and good atmosphere with lots of different seating. The only downside was the ice machine not working.
