  Really enjoyed the delicious food and the warm atmosphere. The online order system inside the shop was very convenient and made everything hassle-free. Plus, the food arrived quickly! The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Very disappointing visit as always thought you could never go wrong with a Nandos but was wrong… rude staff, the branch seemed to hopping on the shrinkflation trend, false advertisement with different prices despite being the same menu… rock hard mayo that when we asked the waitress about it she thought it was cheese and asked if we had eaten it!

  The food was really yummy! The portion sizes were small to medium compared to other restaurants, but everything was delicious. I’d love to come here again and again!

  This review is well overdue. I was here in January with my sister. We were on a trip to Dundee and had dinner here on our first and last night in Dundee. On both occasions we had great service. We met a staff who was originally born in Kent and in a town not far from where we lived, that’s was really nice. On our second visit, we had a bit of wait as the chicken was not ready but we were served by a different lady who was so nice( I can’t remember her name) she was quite tall and offered us some small bits on the house while we waited and she kept apologising even though we were quite happy to wait. Just great customer service in general. Nando’s has never disappointed me and this just felt like the icing on the cake 😊

  The food should have no stars. we got given the wrong side on both our plates and the chicken is pink.
