  I had a really disappointing experience at Chaiiwala today. The toast I was served was badly burnt, extremely hard, and honestly inedible. It looked like it had been overcooked and then still given to customers instead of being remade. For the price they charge, the quality should be far better. There was no attention to presentation or freshness, and it certainly didn’t match the standards they advertise. I left feeling like I’d completely wasted my money. I won’t be returning based on this experience.

  The atmosphere was wonderful, and Manager Mr. Anil greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. This is easily one of the best places to relax and spend time in Dundee. The food was delicious, and their Karak Chai was the absolute star of the visit. A beautiful and satisfying place for anyone who enjoys great food and heartfelt service.

  After my first visit a couple of months ago, I’m now a regular at least once a week as the food is always delicious and fresh and the service is very friendly. I would highly recommend the chicken butter wrap, filled with juicy shredded chicken in a thin light wrap. Also I add an omelette for extra protein and a chai to finish off.

  Inovative way to order online for your table and pay online so you dont worry for the wait and give order. The food came quick and was good in taste. The chaiwala dundee is a pleasure spot for Asians specially pakistanis and indians. Ordered samosa chat, suggests n fries, aloo paratha, karak chai, strawberry shake/lassi. Samosa chat was one of the best samosa chats as it had a good proportion of chickpeas, salad,Yogurt and suace. The aloo paratha wasted the best one as it was very thin and looked like a potato crepe. Karay chai was great and the strawberry shake was loved by kids. Nuggets and fries had a big portion of fries too.

  Thanks to , Mr Anil was friendly and welcoming, and the wait time was reasonable. Staff were helpful when explaining menu items, especially if you’re unfamiliar with some of the dishes. Overall, Chaiiwala is a solid choice for tasty food, unique drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere. I’d definitely return to try more from the menu and would recommend it to anyone wanting a casual bite with bold flavours.
