Served by Preet, she was very friendly. Customer service is amazing. Asked if we could have our fries seasoned how we like and she sorted it straight away for us.

Visited Pepsi Peri Peri 47-48 Saint Botolph's Street Colchester CO2 7EB England today with my family and ordered the family deal, which included whole chicken, wings, chips, and rice. I am allergic to chips, so I requested a replacement, but the staff refused and said the deal could not be changed. After repeated requests, we accepted the chips, which were later wasted. This doesn’t feel right—there should be some flexibility for such cases. A similar issue happened during a previous visit, where peri salt was added in excess despite requesting it lightly, making the food inedible. Even then, the staff refused to provide plain chips for a child. Overall, the staff was unprofessional and did not know how to properly welcome customers. They also appeared very tired and uninterested. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing.

I ordered a pepes chicken and rice box and my order time was very long in itself and still did not come in the time frame it was meant to and was more then an hr late. I requested updates and got none and when it did arrive I asked the delivery driver what took so long and he said it wasn’t his issue and it was pepes themselves and on top off all that the sauces werent packed properly and leaked and I obviously had to pay for the dips.

Food=Amazing, however a FREE dip comes with the meal.. therefore remember to add the dip to my order it’s not hard. They do it every time and just forget the dip, the dip is what makes the meal. useless workers for real. Where’s my TWO dips pepes..

Extremely long wait... Only 1 till working to order... Then they stop to help for the delivery guys to collect while u still que and wait to be served ... Another male who seems to be manager just stands by while this goes on. The employees seem helpfully but short-staffed?? Tables aren't cleaned. Helpful staff member - Shobum tried to assist which was greatly appreciated.
