  Nando’s consistently delivers great food and great service. The chicken is well cooked, juicy, and full of flavour, with a good range of spice levels to suit different tastes. The sides are reliable and complement the mains well, making it an enjoyable and satisfying meal overall. The staff are friendly, efficient, and attentive, which adds to the positive experience. Orders are usually handled quickly, and the service feels well organised, even when it’s busy. However, it’s best to avoid peak times. During busy periods, the restaurant gets fully packed, which can mean longer waiting times, more noise, and a slightly rushed atmosphere. While the food quality remains good, the overall experience is definitely better during quieter hours. Overall, Nando’s is a solid and dependable choice with good food and service

  Recently had dinner here and was totally shocked at how bad Nandos has become I ordered 1/4 chicken with fries and coleslaw and the Christmas croquettes The chicken was cold and the marinade on top was cold. I told the waitress who argued with me and said “the chicken was cooked in the oven earlier. It’s completely safe” Is it weird that I expected hot chicken? It annoyed me because the restaurant was totally empty. The waitress reluctantly agreed to change the chicken and I asked her not to just throw it in the microwave. She assured me it wouldn’t… But it came back completely ruined and dehydrated. Revolting food and I didn’t finish it. When they brought me back my food they seemed super angry with me. And one waiter/chef with a pony tail stood right next to the kitchen staring at me as I tried to eat The croquettes tasted fresh and nice though. Although I didn’t really understand the “bubble and squeak” label. They didn’t taste like bubble and squeak My table was filthy dirty with food and bits of chicken all over the floor which I stood on. Sauce and food all over my table with dirty tissues. Why did they ask me to sit there? And why didn’t they clean it? The place was empty and so many staff members wandering around I’m glad they’ve renovated the men’s toilet though. But honestly, I doubt I will ever be returning here. God, the place has fallen… what a shame

  Hadn't been for a long time and didn't know about ordering everything online, but the lovely waitress explained it to me and my food came very quickly. The chicken was very tender and juicy and the coleslaw lovely.

  Went there for dinner the other night. Loved the chicken, it was juicy even though it's white meat. Especially loved the creamy mashed potato along with the chips. The sauces were nice as well. It took quite a while to get everyone's order though.

  Went to Nando’s today and had the most awful service from start to finish. I should have known when I walked in at 1pm on a Saturday and there was loads of table available. When ordering my food at the till, they lady didn’t know how to use the till and the manager was treating me as an inconvenience. The staff were plain rude; everything was an inconvenience. The manager was caught many times staring at my 7 year old daughter; even watching her when she was getting items due to the self service function. Chicken was unediable. Waste of money. Nando’s really need to look into staff training and how to speak to customers.
