  Came here today with my partner I’ve been couple times before but today I came with being new to a allergy, they was really careful with asking what the allergy is and making sure there’s no mix ups they also helped me with a voucher I won from work. The lady with pink/red hair was lovely and very understanding and the gentleman who may have been manger unsure tho was so lovely and helped a lot even when I was getting stressed with my anxiety they helped. The food was stunning and so tasty was piping hot and would 100% recommend coming here to anyone, we will definitely come bk again. Thankyou 2 the 2 who helped a lot and the other staff.

  Food arrived lukewarm/cold but was tasty once warmed up. Also the range of Nandos' exclusive drinks are amazing and very unusual and different! Would very highly recommend!

  Ordered food online at 7:20 for a collection to be 7:40 arrived on time to be told it won’t be long, while another person ordered in the restaurant and got their food before us while I was sat waiting 30mins after the collection time, with a deliveroo collection coming in a bit after and getting there collection before us seem like some orders are more priorities to save refunds for late deliveries then you collecting it yourself. Pointless having a time collection when ordering when you’re going to be waiting ages when arriving.

  Excellent Saturday night meal.i had caesar salad with a chicken breast. Place got busy within half a hr so timed it just right to fit in.

  We waited 30 minutes for our food and were then served the wrong order. When I calmly and politely pointed it out, a staff member was disrespectful, raised her voice, and refused to listen. I remained respectful throughout the interaction, but the manager was present and did nothing to help absolutely disgusting service
