GET TUCKED! The kitchen is not seen as so big but this is serving up for all of you. It was not easy to go in because there was a big population of customers inside. Maybe you could tell that Nando's is THE BOMB possibly because we enjoy the big rate of advertisements. Unfortunately, I am a meat eater & I considered chicken to be the most plain type. But, it hits different when they came with a grilled slice on my place; my heart was burning, it was exciting to deliver every cut piece into my mouth. A small desert was wonderful enough with a small corniche pie known as the Pastel de Nata with a big volume of custard (I believe) which satisfied me. DRUMMING.

We visited this restaurant around 4 PM and had a very positive experience. The place is pleasant, clean, and not crowded at that time, making it a relaxing visit. The QR code ordering system is very easy to use, and once we placed our order, the food arrived quickly. The service was excellent, with very attentive staff at all times. As for the food, the flavors were enjoyable, and the chicken was perfectly cooked—tender and juicy. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended for those looking for good service, fast service, and a comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Steer clear of Nando’s takeaway. Paid for a priority Deliveroo order — it arrived late, stone cold, and a bite out my burger! When I called to raise this, the manager (Gemma) dismissed it, blamed Deliveroo, and said they “weren’t sure they could remake it” and I should go through Deliveroo instead. No accountability, no solution — just defensive dismissive excuses. No care or pride at all! This was my last order from Nando’s. An absolute shambles.

It was quite busy and food took quite a while to arrive and was quite overdone, the toilets was an absolute mess there was paper all up the walls and urine all on the floor it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days which was a shame. The restaurant was very loud and busy which is probably why the food took so long Overall I was pretty disappointed with it.

This Nando’s is so hit and miss - sometimes it’s exactly what you expect from a Nando’s and sometimes it’s just infuriatingly disappointing. Had a collection order a few weeks ago, my friend had a pulled chicken wrap only to choke on a bone that’s been left in. I did give this feedback in the follow up survey they sent me and no one ever got in touch, not even to apologise. The real reason for this review is the food that never arrived. Deliveroo delivery time was just being pushed back and back, couldn’t get any help from the restaurant or Deliveroo. Better pop to McDs now!
