I visited Beirut Lounge Restaurant recently. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, I felt that the prices were a bit higher than expected. That said, the staff were friendly and service was good, so it was still an enjoyable experience overall.

We ordered mix grills and wings and halloumi bread. First the mix of grilled lambs and seek kabeb and a cube of chicken was very dry the wings were tasteless the only food better was halloumi bread. Service was great. We never had a bad experience with Lebanese food. Please improve the food quality.

We had a very disappointing experience. It took 30 minutes just to receive the soup of the day, and after 50 minutes of waiting for the main course (and asking about it several times), we gave up, paid for the drinks and soup, and left. Meanwhile, three other families who arrived with and after us were already served their mains, with one group finishing. The staff claimed the delay was because salmon takes time to prepare, which felt like a poor excuse, especially considering there were only four tables occupied, so it wasn’t even a busy time. On top of that, we couldn’t stay any longer as we had a 6-year-old boy with us who had been waiting almost an hour for food, which simply isn’t right. After leaving, I read other reviews and saw that many people had similar experiences. Sadly, this seems to be a recurring issue. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

I was in a mood to eat something Middle Eastern food. First. After lil try found this place. Nice welcoming staff, clean and tidy place, nice atmosphere. Ordered food which was on table in 15 minutes. It’s not only looks yummy but it is delicious. Love garlic chicken and chickpea curry. Really enjoying the music of theirs they put on tv. The owner or manager was so kind and very hospitable and offered us some dessert on the house. Much recommend and I’ll be back as well whenever in Bournemouth again.

What a beautiful experience! The owners are extremely hospitable and welcoming, a true testament to Lebanese hospitality. We had the Meat Sambosak and Makanek Sandwiches. Both taste heavenly. The place is very clean and well-maintained. It's definitely a must visit.
