  Visited Nando’s at Blackpool City Centre and had a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The food quality was excellent and lived up to the Nando’s reputation for flavour and consistency. The chicken platter was outstanding — perfectly grilled, juicy, and packed with flavour. The chicken was cooked just right, with that signature PERi-PERi kick that makes Nando’s so special. The chicken wings were equally impressive: crispy, tender, and coated beautifully in sauce, making them absolutely addictive. I also tried the salad rice bowl, which was fresh, light, and well-balanced — a great option if you want something filling yet not too heavy. The PERi-mac chicken wrap was another highlight, combining creamy mac and cheese with flavourful chicken, wrapped perfectly for a satisfying and comforting bite. Service was quick and efficient despite the central location, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Portion sizes were generous and definitely good value for money. A great spot to enjoy consistently delicious food while in Blackpool city centre. Highly recommended for both locals and visitors!

  We were greeted at the entrance, and tho were asked to come back in 20 min it was a good experience. First expression spacious, friendly staff, food arrives promptly. On a downside toilets are hard to find, we were asked to come in later on, tho tables for 2 were empty and available. Portions were smaller than other places.

  We had a great experience at Nando’s thanks to a staff member named Kio (or Koe sorry if I’ve misspelled it!). He served us at the till while we were paying with a gift card and also helped us use our Nando’s Rewards card, which we really appreciated. He was extremely friendly and patient, making the whole ordering process really easy. After we ordered, he even came back to check that our food was correct and that everything was okay, which was a really nice touch. Customer service like that really makes a difference, and he made our visit feel welcoming and smooth. Thank you for the lovely service!

  The food was excellent. We used the app to order which was efficient. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful but a couple were really sullen and did not look like they wanted to be at work. Despite it being busy the food came out in good time and was delicious.

  You'll find the flavor here to be authentically consistent with what's offered abroad. Service is prompt, but be aware that the place can get busy during peak meal times. To ensure a quicker experience, consider arriving before or after the main rush.
