The chicken was delicious, especially the sauce (even the hottest one wasn’t that spicy for me thoug haha). The restaurant was really crowded, so we had to wait to get a seat

It's definitely worth the wait especially if you like food that can be hot hot or even (like myself) not so spicy. Great selection of foods to offer. Can be busy but you'll understand why when you try the first (or hundredth) bite of that cooked perfection. Staff are friendly and offer ideas to try and what's best for you (spice wise)

We sat down at the table not knowing that most Nando's restaurants have a system where you order at the counter. But couldn’t the staff passing by our table have suggested it? It would have been helpful if they mentioned we needed to place our order at the counter, especially since we were sitting there for a while. A little guidance from the staff would have improved the experience. The food was good, but clearer communication about the ordering process would have made it better.

Group of 4 of us dined here today. Had a bit of a wait for a table, but when we actually got seated there seemed to be empty seating unoccupied for ages, especially the seating area at the far end towards the bathrooms along with other tables. Given the amount of people waiting to get in it seemed odd not to have the tables filled more promptly. It was also absolutely freezing, is there no heating in Nando’s?? Staff were pleasant and helpful though. Food was nice enough but the chips weren’t the hottest sadly.

Great experience at Nando’s thanks to Fionn. We came in on a really cold night and jokingly asked for the best seat — and he actually gave it to us. He was genuinely friendly and chatty, making jokes and making us feel welcome from the start. Really relaxed, positive service that made the visit even better.
