Top quality Service and food. Super welcoming and polite staff. Hardly 10-15 mins waiting at peak hours. Always love the food there. Kudos to the very respectful, polite and genuine person who served us, REET.

Perfectly grilled, and packed with that signature Peri-Peri kick. The char on the chicken was spot on, and pairing it with that buttery garlic bread and savory rice made for the ultimate comfort meal. Fast service and consistently great flavors, Nando's never misses. 10/10 would definitely order this exact spread again!

I had a meal with my family and almost everything was incorrect and we are here visiting belfast as a Christmas gift and we are very disappointed. First, the caesor salad had an overwhelming amount of croutons and a small portion of lettuce and a tiny amount of chicken. Then, one of the wraps I ordered had more lettuce than chicken wrap. 6 pots of mayo were practically cottage cheese. They were clumpy and dry. The service weren't to bad but could have been better. This is the first time my mother had visited a nandos with some persuation and she was not pleased.

I was expecting a nice fine dining experience, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. First, we wanted to sit upstairs, but the hostess refused and insisted we sit downstairs, giving us the worst table possible. That was already a bad start. When I asked for water, I was simply handed a glass and told to fill it myself. I also had to get up to grab my own cutlery, napkins, and sauces. When the food finally arrived, things only got worse. It wasn’t even hot. The cheese on my dish wasn’t melting at all—it was frozen solid. I honestly felt like I needed to microwave my meal before eating. It was clear that little to no care had been put into preparing the food. And to top it all off, the service continued to be terrible. I ordered dessert, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I had to remind the waitress to bring it. It was frustrating and completely ruined the experience. If you’re looking for self-service and cold food, this is the place for you. But if you expect real service and a proper fine dining experience, I’d strongly suggest going somewhere else.

We enjoyed our meals and the staff were very friendly. We were given the option of using the scan and order from our phones method. I think that this would be confusing for some. I thought the prices were a bit high but appreciated the choice in sides so that it was not simply a chicken and chips meal.
