  Very nice large design restaurant. Bar in the middle of the floor. Staff could do with lots more training, no offer for table water on arrival, or during dinning, had to ask. No check up or offer for more drinks. Drinks were just placed at one end of the table and not in front/to the person who is drinking it. However right at the end, the waiter Jeffery was excellent, could talk to us and was well presented. Wish it was Jeffery who could had served us all night. No other staff was presented well enough, top button shirt undone, with tie not well worn. This is a big disappointment with such a nice restaurant in the heart of Essex. The food was very nice and was well presented. Lots of parking available.

  We visited Eyna Basildon for our anniversary lunch and had a lovely experience. The customer service was amazing, and the decor is absolutely gorgeous ,every corner is Instagram-worthy. Most of the food was delicious, though the prawn dish could’ve had more flavour and the calamari was a bit chewy. Overall, a beautiful place with great service and a lovely atmosphere. We’d happily visit again!

  Absolutely beautiful food and very attentive and non intrusive service, despite it being valentines night and very busy, we didn’t feel rushed. We were very impressed and happy with the entire meal. Thank you Kubi, especially. Can’t wait to go back again soon.

  Absolutely amazing Turkish cuisine and a fantastic dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was brilliant — warm, welcoming, and stylish, with a perfect mix of modern comfort and traditional Turkish charm. The atmosphere made it a great place to relax and enjoy the meal. The food was outstanding. The grilled meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour. The rice was light and fluffy, and the fresh salad added a lovely crunch and balance. Portions were generous, presentation was excellent, and the quality of ingredients really stood out. Service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. Overall, incredible food, brilliant ambiance, and great service. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Turkish cuisine.

  A restaurant with a truly captivating ambiance and a beautifully curated interior that immediately sets the tone for a refined dining experience. The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed evening out. I ordered the lamb chops, hummus with meat, and a Pina Colada. The lamb chops were exceptionally juicy, tender, and bursting with flavour — cooked to perfection. The hummus with meat was rich and satisfying, complementing the meal wonderfully, while the Pina Colada was refreshing and well-balanced. The food is certainly on the pricier side — the lamb chops, hummus, and Pina Colada came to £45 — but the quality and overall experience make it worth trying at least once. One point to note: a 10% service charge was added to the bill, and we were not informed about it in advance. Greater transparency regarding service charges would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a delightful dining experience with excellent food and ambiance, albeit at a premium price.
