  First of all hats off to the staff members, so active so friendly and always ready to help. Loved the food overall however taste wise could be better. The ramen was delicious, the quality of the noodles is very very good. However lacks a bit of that zing in flavour. Chicken karage was okay. Loved the lychee lemonade. Overall great experience.

  Overall, we had a good experience at Maki & Ramen. The food was decent, and we mainly tried the sushi, which was pretty good in terms of taste and quality. One small downside with the sushi presentation was that some pieces had prawn tails or crab ends sticking out. It felt a bit awkward to eat, as you’re obviously not going to eat a prawn tail or crab shell, so it took away slightly from the experience. The seating layout is a bit unusual. Tables are placed quite close together, which makes it easy to overhear other people’s conversations and can feel slightly uncomfortable at times. Food doesn’t arrive all at once or in any particular order, which they do mention beforehand, but it still feels a bit strange when dining. Ordering is flexible though, as you can order either via a QR code or directly through a server, which is convenient. Prices are reasonable for what you get. One minor cleanliness issue was that the table felt slightly sticky, so it could have been cleaned better. I don’t really see myself returning or at least ordering sushi with the tails present in them.

  Great experience at MAKI & RAMEN in Aberdeen. Very fast and professional service. I chose the lunch special menu with additional seaweed salad – everything was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to Lincoln for excellent, professional service. Highly recommended if you enjoy Japanese flavours! 🍣🍜

  I visited today with my son and we had such a lovely time. The food was outstanding, the chicken ramen and tantan ramen were both absolutely delicious, full of flavour and perfectly balanced. The crispy chicken teriyaki was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. What really made the experience special, though, was the hospitality. Joe, the manager, was fantastic: warm, professional, genuinely kind and very welcoming. You can really feel the passion and care behind this place. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back, highly recommended! Thank you so much once again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Really nice Japanese restaurant. They beat the drum when you come in which is novel. Food is delicious, like really really good. Price is a little high but its quality stuff and atmosphere is really nice. Can get a busy though
