Yesterday I spent my birthday at Lilla Bjers. I had the most exquisite meal served by knowledgable and wonderful staff. I welcomed the grand ole’ age of 28 in with a few crisp glasses of cava and a 14 course tasting menu. Each dish was completely unique yet somehow correlated, a taste-adventure. The exploration included a variety of textures, from crunchy corn to melt in your mouth sorbet. A variety of flavours from the sweet buttermilk toppings to the salty and fatty goodness of the lamb main course. To understand that the ingredients of the food is grown on the farm making the dishes ever changing blew my socks off. Kudos to the genius kitchen team creating these beautiful edible little pieces of art. Thank you.

Incredible meal with all organic and local ingredients 😍 Amazing food and experience. There were so many delicious dishes with all the snacks and the service was great!

The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, however the food and drinks were experimental in a bad way. Risotto should contain rice, else it's not a risotto, and cider should not contain straw, which gave it an almost rotten taste.

This restaurant experience was the highlight of our trip to Visby/Gotland. We had so much fun having the waiter take us through the evening on the set menu, and all the food was so good and unique (there were like 10 courses, not all pictured here). We also loved that everything was grown locally and the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. 100% recommend, but keep in mind it is somewhat expensive, but very much worth it to go at least once!

When reading the menu it sounds underwhelming, but the food packs great flavors. Would also recommend their drink packets. Surroundings are nice and the feeling intimate and rustic. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Don't expect an average dinner or average price, this place will give you something more, and also cost something more.
