  Went for a guided brewery tour - available on Fridays if you book in advance - followed by a beer tasting and a full-on fondue dinner. Solid life choices all around. The tour was genuinely interesting, not just "here are some tanks" but a thoughtful walk through history, process, ingredients and philosophy. I left with a new respect for craft beer and the amount of patience, precision and stubbornness that seems to go into doing it properly. Then came the tasting, which quickly transitioned from "educational" to "this is dangerously pleasant". Every beer had its own character, and it was clear there’s intention behind the range rather than just variety for variety’s sake. And the fondue. Social cuisine at its best. There is something deeply civilised about standing around a pot of molten cheese with friends, negotiating bread logistics and debating which beer pairs best with dairy. It’s hard to be in a bad mood while holding a skewer. The service deserves special mention. Warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming without ever hovering. We felt looked after rather than managed. Great recommendations, relaxed vibe, and an overall sense that they actually enjoy having people there. It also didn’t hurt that the food, dessert and beers were all excellent. Left full, slightly wiser about hops, and very pleased with the evening. Would absolutely do it again.

  The place is typical, the owner is typical and the food is beertical. Every element on the menu includes beer. We got the chicken brochette a bit dry due to the choice of chicken cut... But the veggies were sublime the bread and dip are good but should just be offered free with menue. Got the fish and chip and an open steak sandwich with HOMEMADE fries it was amazing and very good. Unfortunately a lot of the menu was not available due to a previous banket... So I could not try a lot of the sausages, beer gelée etc... Of course Gotland beer! Would have give 5 without a doubt if we were aware of the discounted product...

  I visited this brewery during my stay in Visby and was really pleased! The food is good and pairs perfectly with their excellent selection of craft beers, all brewed in-house and truly high quality. The location is great – easy to reach and not too far from the historic center. The service was excellent: fast, friendly, and always attentive. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and a genuinely enjoyable break.

  4 mains of which we tried 2. Both dishes exceeded our already high expectations. Having been to the UK and GB many times, I can still with ease proclaim this place one of the top 2 fish n chips spots Ive ever visited. The fish was cooked to perfection, tartar sauce hit all the right spots and the chips were just as good! Had I eaten this at home, I'd have proceeded to lick the plate. The steak sandwich also did Not disappoint! Again, meat cooked to perfection (especially if you like things medium rare as any meat eater with some self respect does) ontop of a piece of sourdough bread, smeared with a tangy tarragony bearnais sauce. Do not miss out! Great selection of craft beers where there is an option to order a tasting of 4 kinds at a very reasonable price. Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable waiter who will help you pair your dish with the beers on hand. We had to wait a few minutes to get seated (5-6 maybe?). With that said, after having been here knowing what I know now, I'd have waited hours. 10 out of 10, would feel lucky to eat here again!

  Came because we were curious about the beer. Got blown away by the food (and the beer). Presentation and flavors were great. Excellent service.
