  Great flavours, fresh food and good service. Kids menu chicken and fries, for adult we choose the tasting menu, amazing food. Fabulous dessert. Quite busy road next to the restaurant, otherwise good location and a short walk from train station and city centre.

  We visited today (30-12-2025) for dinner and ordered a grill platter for two people. Unfortunately, the food was cold and the portion size was very small for the price. we paid almost 800 SEK. The taste was also disappointing. Additionally, the chicken was undercooked, and there was visible blood inside, which was very concerning. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Edit: “I am writing this follow-up review because there is no option to reply directly to the owner’s response.” Thank you for your reply to my honest review. I would like to clarify a few important points. When the food arrived, we were already very disappointed just by looking at the plate. For a grill platter for two people priced at nearly 800 SEK, the portion was extremely small: one kebab, two very small cold ribs, four pieces of chicken, and only two sauces (one hummus and one plain yogurt). Based on the quantity and presentation alone, we felt it was pointless to complain at the table, as the experience was already disappointing and we did not want to create an uncomfortable situation. We did not fully consume the dish. The chicken that was undercooked was left uneaten once we noticed it was not properly cooked and had visible blood inside. This is exactly why we mentioned it in our review to highlight a serious food safety concern for future customers.   I absolutely loved my visit to Byblos Kök & Bar. The food is genuinely authentic and bursting with flavor—the meze selection was incredible. Beyond the delicious meal, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a relaxed dinner. A definite must-visit if you're looking for top-tier Lebanese cuisine in Uppsala. Highly recommend the tasting menu!

  Food was amazing and you get so much for the cost, albeit it was on the higher end of cost. Staff and service was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend everyone to try this restaurant.
