  My parents and I were strolling the streets of Trelleborg in search of a Restaurant that could serve me some VEGAN food. I asked for a sallad and they surprised me with a vegan option of their Planksteak! Nice vegan plantpatty with hints of redbeet, grilled veggies, dutches-potatoe-mash and a vegan dip that went perfectly with the rest. Eventhough it was traditionally home cooked food, it wasn't too heavy or fat, but tasteful and especially the dip quite refreshing. Also the none vegan options were according to my parents really delicious. Dogs are more than welcome here, there is even a little sign and waterbowl out. The owner is engaged in charity work for Animal welfare and you can make a donation in the Restaurant. The chef herself is a mother to a couple of adopted furbabies and had delicious treats and a lot of love for our dog too, which he absolutely appreciated. If you plan ahead I recommend contacting the Restaurant beforehand so they can prepare a vegan feast, but even if you drop by, they will go out of their way to accommodate you and your needs! They always have vegan options, eventhough not listed on the menu. (Because the kitchen works in unison with the local produce and seasons) Great staff, speaking english and a bit german too. Outdoor seatingarea to enjoy the evening sun until it hides behind Trelleborgs rooftops.

  We came here with a group of friends for a quick lunch and just from the beginning we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We felt at home and the food was equally good like at mom's house. Everything fresh, tasty then we got some great advices what to eat, buy and do and do not on our short Swedish trip. We even got a big loaf of a fresh incredibly good Grovbrød as a goodbye gift. So my recommendation! Edit: I was promised to be sent a recipe for the Grovbrød but no luck, my mails are ignored, so one star less :(

  Very tasty food at this small cosy restaurant. We walked in at 7 on a Friday without a reservation and got the best table by the window.

  Mysig small restaurant. Definitely NOT a meat and brown sauce restaurant. Our veal and tournedos dishes were perfectly cooked and my duchesse potatoes were divine.
