OVERVIEW Overrated: Likely due to the novelty of genuine Persian cuisine in Göteborg! PLUS + A main was enough to fulfil on its own. + Walk-in dinner time availability. + Restaurant interior and music played complimented the cuisine served. MINUS - None of the meals, from starter to main, tasted authentic and lacked flavour. I have had better Persian food in London for half the price at lower-rated places. - The “Kobideh” meat quality fell short. - “Barberries” were not available as an add-on to the rice, despite appearing in photos. - Overpriced. - They did not accommodate reasonable meal modification requests. - The restaurant could provide QR code self-payment at each table for quicker, hassle-free service. The staff are super nice and friendly. However, the food was mediocre according to Persian food standards. Overall it was a bit of disappointment for such a beautiful place. We ordered different types of Kabab, Kashk o Bademjun, and big appetizer mix dish. They forgot one of our orders but it was on the bill. We fixed it and they were kind about it.

I think the quality of the food is not too good in campare with the price! We ordered a mixed grill. I just liked the kubideh within the mix, the rest weren’t tender enough! The rice is not made of Iranian rice! Its side salad wasn’t fresh. I liked the breads come with kashkebademjan and Mirazaghasemi. I recommend Mirzaghasemi if you want to choose a starter. The saffron ice cream was acceptable! We also ordered a tea pot, the tea tastes good, I didn’t like the resin cookies come with the tea though!

Good food. I believe that it is a safe bet for Persian food, but nothing outstanding. The portions are generous and tasty. The bread was a little stale. The saffron ice cream and the faloodeh was great (two people can share one).
