Best pasta had during the trip to the south of Italy: Trittico Lucano (strachinatti, orecchiette & fussili) with a tomato cream sauce and peperoni cruschi. Make sure to start with a Cicorino Campestre (ripassato). Service was very attentive for a one man show!
